A BIG flavor for a fish dish that has no hot sauce, etc. Actually, I tasted the radish leaf pesto before the dish was assembled and thought, "Might this be a bit strong for the fish?" But I shouldn't have doubted CookCat. All of the flavors melded into a perfect blend of flavor. And the trout was not overwhelmed. I love my CookCat's cookin.
