Sunday Breakfast

Toast a piece of whole wheat bread.
Mash 1/2 of a small avocado-spread on said toast.
Add one over-easy egg. Season to taste.
Gobble it up!

    Yum. This combines the wisdom of 1. Your brilliant d-i-l: "Put an egg on it", and 2. Moi: "Everything tastes better with avocado." I also like to say that guacamole is the staff of life, but now I'm just rambling...
