Potatolicious!

Mustard Roasted Potatoes













Pre heat oven 375

Yukon Gold potatoes-cut into large chunks
Mix a 1/4 cup stone ground horseradish mustard with 1/4 cup olive oil
Add cracked pepper
Roll each potato chunk in the mustard mixture and roast 40 minutes, turn potatoes over after 20 minutes.
These are quite yummy!
