Bière Derrière Poulet

So, doesn't that subject line sound a lot classier than Beer Butt Chicken? Everything sounds prettier in French! We have made this dish several times and the link to it is here on the blog at

This time the veggies I used were turnips, peppers, onions, and carrots. I tossed them with olive oil and salt and pepper and that spicy stuff mentioned in the link.
